It never really dawned on me (until I read your post) that I could cook (or bake) something other than rice in my rice cooker.

But what you have described sounds very cool and I’m going to give it a try.

I like the whole simpler is better approach as well. Key reason I have a rice cooker in the first place.

@Michelle, “simple & delicious”. That pretty much sums up what I look for in a recipe. Cooking for 1 is work. So the simpler the better. I will be trying this out in my rice cooker this weekend.

This looks simple and delicious. I find the ingredients affordable, not to mention that the cake seems easy to make. I will try it over the weekend.
